Products handled

Fish
Ready to provide various kind of seasonal fishes, shellfishes, etc., handled in the world famous Toyosu fish market, biggest one in Japan, or landed at fishing ports all over the country.
Through corporation with the wholesaler, having processing facility, in Toyosu market, the pretreatment works, such as removing head, tail, or internal organs, or even cutting to fillets or pieces are ready to be done by your request.
In addition, we can handle variety of frozen products that can be provided stably throughout the year.

Tuna
Natural tunas such as Bluefin, Southern Bluefin, Bigeye and Yellowfin are landed seasonally and each has wonderful taste and flavor. We provide those high quality "seasonal tuna" throughout the year.

Oyster
Oysters have different shapes, sizes, and tastes depending on the place of origin, and each has its own flavor. We provide various domestic oysters from all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, depending on your request for raw consumption or for heating.

Japanese Beef
Variety of parts, such as Sirloin, Shank, Rump, and types or grade of high quality Japanese beef raised in all over Japan are available. Furthermore, we can provide “Aging Beef” prepared by aging at ice temperature, in seeking for more condensed flavor and taste.
